In "Law of the lever and the equilibrium of magic hypercubes" <https://impa.br/sobre/memoria/reunioes-cientificas/international-conference-in-number-theory-and-physics/> (06/2015) , we have established an important connection between the law of the lever and magic squares. From this we produced http://mittag-leffler.se/sites/default/files/BOA_Poster_Session.pdf (see also https://pyaugohy.blogspot.com/search?q=ramanujan) which was rejected by an event of control theory in Russia. We sent it to the Centenary of the Mittag-Leffler Institute (a more sophisticated but more eclectic event) and there it was initially rejected, too. We asked for reconsideration to the President of the Institute who accepted it in the form of our interest. The proposal was an extended summary and what we presented was the complete work itself. But we reinforced the request by saying that our work was, to some extent, a continuation of Ramanujan's (unrealized) visit to the Mittag-Leffler Institute (he died shortly before leaving). When we arrived in Stockholm we had the great satisfaction of meeting one of the heads of the Moscow event. What I didn't know was that the Russians had, so to speak, a free pass there. In fact, I didn't even know that the Russian culture of the inhabitants of St. Petersburg was identical to that of the inhabitants of Stockholm. We had lunch in a Mongolian restaurant, visited the royal stables visited by the Shah of Persia in the 18th century, talked in the street with members of the Kurdish community, visited a common space for Arabs and Jews. Anyway, what I saw was a respected and welcoming place for both those who came from the East and the West. I also got the impression that such a neutral place is essential for establishing historical truth. The natural generalization of the Pythagorean Theorem that we made came from studies on magic squares, and these are fundamental milestones in the history of mathematics. Their classification is the oldest open problem and has been studied by the greatest mathematicians and great thinkers of all times (some: Lo Shu, Theon of Smirna, Nagarjuna, Narayana Pandita, Al-Kharaqi, Al-Asfizari, Ibn al Haytam , Euler, Lagrange, Ahmad al-Buni, Buzjani, Varahamihira, al-Ghazālī, Luca Pacioli, Paracelsus, Cardano, Agrippa, Albrecht Durer, Athanasius Kircher, Michael Stiffel, Pierre Fermat, Poignard, Huang – Lin, Rallier des Ourmes, Claude Bachet, Blaise Pascal, Arnauld, de La Hire – Violle, Pan Linsen, de la Loubère, d'Ons-en-Bray, Rallier des Ourmes, Drach, Benjamin Franklin, John Horton Conway, Donald Knuth, Gardner, Antoni Gaudí, Birkhoff, von Neumann, Édouard Lucas, Lee Sallows, Rouse Ball, Manuel Moschopoulos, De la Hire, William Walkington, Peter Maxwell Davies, Goethe, George Styan, Lewis Carroll, Peter Loly and Holger Danielsson). We have now learned that Sweden is studying the possibility of joining NATO, https://www.politico.eu/article/sweden-nato-debate-decisive-phase/. The first questions they should ask are:
1) Has neutrality been good for Sweden?
2) Has neutrality been good for the world?
I believe they will not be seduced by the West or frightened by Russia. They will make a firm and prudent decision, as it should be, for the glory of their historic mission, which until now has been very well carried out.

A partir deste produzimos http://mittag-leffler.se/sites/default/files/BOA_Poster_Session.pdf (veja também https://pyaugohy.blogspot.com/search?q=ramanujan) o qual foi rejeitado por um evento de teoria do controle na Rússia. O enviamos para o Centenário do Instituto Mittag-Leffler (evento mais sofisticado, porém mais eclético) e lá foi inicialmente rejeitado, também. Pedimos reconsideração ao Presidente do Instituto o qual o aceitou na forma de nosso interesse. A proposta era em resumo estendido e o que apresentamos foi o trabalho completo mesmo. Mas reforçamos o pedido dizendo que nosso trabalho era, até certo ponto, uma continuação da visita (não realizada) de Ramanujan ao Instituto Mittag-Leffler (morreu pouco antes de ir). Quando chegamos em Estocolmo tivemos a grande satisfação de encontrar um dos cabeças do evento de Moscou. O que eu não sabia era que os russos tinham, por assim dizer, um livre trânsito por lá. De fato, eu nem sabia que a cultura russa dos habitantes de São Petersburgo era idêntica à dos habitantes de Estocolmo. Almoçamos em restaurante mongol, visitamos na estrebaria real a visita feita pelo Xá da Pérsia no século XVIII, conversamos na rua com membros da comunidade curda, visitamos espaço comum de árabes e judeus. Enfim, o que eu vi foi um lugar respeitado e acolhedor tanto dos que vinham do Leste como do Oeste. Também fiquei com a impressão de que um lugar neutro assim é essencial para o estabelecimento da verdade histórica. A generalização natural do Teorema de Pitágoras que fizemos veio dos estudos sobre os quadrados mágicos e, estes, são marcos fundamentais na história da matemática. 1) a neutralidade tem sido boa para a Suécia?
2) a neutralidade tem sido boa para o Mundo?
Eu acredito que não se deixarão seduzir pelo Ocidente ou se amedrontar pela Rússia. Tomarão uma decisão firme e prudente, como deve ser, para glória de sua missão histórica, até agora muito bem desempenhada.
