Eu ouvi a gravação da conversa de Milton Ribeiro. Ao contrário do que pretende a oposição, essa gravação aponta na direção da inocência de Milton Ribeiro. Mais uma vez estão quebrando a cara, pois nenhuma prova foi apresentada contra o ex-ministro. 

Third World War in Ukraine: Lack of Otherness?

Let's not deceive ourselves. Let us have historical alterity, putting ourselves in the place of other people and peoples (at different times in the History of the World) so that we can understand the subjectivisms that make them act in a way that often seems unreasonable to us. In this Ukraine crisis, since 2014, there has been little capacity for this otherness on the part of the Westerners, mainly because they despise the useful arguments of Kissinger, who had the knowledge of History and, that same otherness, at a high level and could understand Russians, Chinese , etc. It's no use thinking that information from the spies about Putin's personal life (and the Russian oligarchs) or from Hunter Biden will 100% determine the bad future events. From the first moment Russia has made it very clear that it will be able to use atomic weapons as a matter of principle. They don't bluff like poker players, they play chess (let's do it like this, if they react like that, let's do that, and so on, etc.). It is obvious to me, a chess player from an early age, but not to the current US government, that the Russians will use atomic weapons if there are any interventions of a Western strategic nature in Ukraine. In terms of geopolitics, the Russians take it for granted that they can act in Ukraine, but not the Americans. It's hard for people to understand this because it's not logical at all! Atomic war and the extermination of Humanity will not occur due to an excess of knowledge about Hunter Biden's adventures or Putin's personal life, but due to ignorance regarding the necessary otherness. Example: the Russians are very little interested in Hunter Biden's life, what they want is NATO far enough away from Russia to not take them by surprise like the Mongols did, and they don't care about the Pope's arguments to the contrary. They also want the seas of Azov and the Black Sea, as they had millennia ago, to build their boats, and the arguments to the contrary are of little importance to them. They, the Russians, have their own Jews, who support them in such historic communion as in the West, and this must be understood without any shame. Nor will they ever accept to be dictated to them, unless Moscow is invaded and subjugated, what they should do and think. The right thing would be a serious understanding, putting an end to hypocrisy and childish attempts at deception. For we are not a question of law, but of force. As my colleague Bertrand Russell used to say, the politicians of his time already had enormous difficulty in understanding these things. How much more now, that they are badly “helped”, or what is worse, thinking they are very knowledgeable.

Terceira Guerra Mundial na Ucrânia: falta de Alteridade?

Não vamos nos iludir. Tenhamos alteridade histórica, nos colocando no lugar de outras pessoas e povos (em diferentes momentos da História do Mundo) para podermos entender os subjetivismos que fazem com que hajam de forma que muitas vezes nos parece pouco racional. Nesta crise da Ucrânia, desde 2014, tem havido pouca capacidade desta alteridade por parte dos Ocidentais, mormente por desprezarem os úteis argumentos de Kissinger, o qual tinha os conhecimentos de História e, essa mesma alteridade, em alto nível e conseguia entender russos, chineses, etc. Não adianta pensarmos que informações dos espiões sobre a vida pessoal de Putin (e dos oligarcas russos) ou de Hunter Biden determinarão em 100% os péssimos acontecimentos futuros. Desde o primeiro momento a Rússia deixou muito claro que poderá usar armas atômicas, por questão de princípio. Não blefam como jogadores de pôquer, jogam xadrez (façamos assim, se reagirem de tal forma façamos do modo tal, e assim por diante, etc.). É óbvio para mim, jogador de xadrez desde tenra idade, mas não  para o atual governo dos EUA, que os russos usarão armas atômicas caso hajam quaisquer intervenções de natureza estratégica ocidental na Ucrânia. No plano da geopolítica eles, os russos, têm como certo que podem agir na Ucrânia, mas não os americanos. É difícil para as pessoas entenderem isso, pois não é nada lógico, mesmo! Não ocorrerá guerra atômica e extermínio da Humanidade por excesso de conhecimentos sobre as peripécias de Hunter Biden ou a vida pessoal de Putin, mas por ignorância em relação à necessária alteridade. Exemplo: os russos estão muito pouco interessados na vida de Hunter Biden, o que eles querem é a OTAN longe da Rússia o suficiente para não os pegarem de surpresa como fizeram os mongóis e, não interessam os argumentos do Papa em sentido contrário. Também querem o mares de Azov e o Negro, como tiveram há milênios, para fazerem seus barcos e pouco importa para eles os argumentos contrários. Eles, os russos, têm os seus próprios judeus, os quais os apoiam em tão histórica comunhão, tal como ocorre no Ocidente, e isso deve ser entendido sem vergonha alguma. E também jamais aceitarão que ditem para eles, a menos que Moscou seja invadida e subjugada, o que devem fazer e pensar. O certo seria um entendimento sério mesmo, acabando com a hipocrisia e as tentativas infantis de enganação. Pois não estamos numa questão de Direito, mas de força mesmo. Como dizia meu colega Bertrand Russel, os políticos de sua época já tinham uma dificuldade enorme em entenderem essas coisas. Quanto mais agora, que estão pessimamente “auxiliados”, ou o que é pior, se achando muito sabidos.

The political decentralization of the West, increasingly driven by big business, today called oligarchs, generated a very strong Russian state in the military aspect due to its favorable commercial partnership with Europe. Innovations in the military field require spending far beyond what businessmen usually like (they are more focused on profit, as they compete with others, and profit is a determinant of success). Not to mention that China itself has made considerable advances in the military field. Ditto for North Korea, India, Pakistan, Israel, Iran, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. The US and Europe are chasing the competitive damage they have had both militarily and economically, even under the strong threat of the disappearance of the petrodollar system as the blood of the global capitalist system. This Ukrainian war is an almost desperate attempt (say the Russians!) to try to preserve the petrodollar system. It is obvious that Russia, as the country most victimized by wars (Genghis Khan and Hitler need no comment), would never accept that anyone else could shoot Moscow in a shorter period of time than its response, and the invasion of Ukraine was something right (it was naive American to think otherwise, but Kissinger always made that very clear, didn't understand who didn't want to hear!). Not to mention the Russian interest in having full access to all ports and shipyards on the Azov and Black seas (even in ancient times it was theirs!). It is also naive American to think that they will not use all the necessary force to conquer what is now very clear and that I have been explaining for a long time in this blog. And recently, Lavrov warned of a possible nuclear war. It's still a warning. I don't see activists in favor of life and world peace anymore, nor are the misses talking about it anymore. Every day the war is only getting bigger and, apart from the perks of politicians (I think they don't want to lose them!), everything points to total disaster.

A descentralização política do Ocidente, cada vez mais impulsionada pelos grandes empresários, hoje chamados oligarcas, gerou um Estado Russo muito forte sob o aspecto militar devido à sua parceria comercial favorável com a Europa. Inovações no campo militar exigem gastos muito além do que os empresários usualmente gostam (visam mais o lucro mesmo, pois competem com outros e, o lucro, é determinante do sucesso). Sem contar que a própria China fez consideráveis avanços no campo militar. Idem, para Coréia do Norte, Índia, Paquistão, Israel, Irã, África do Sul e Arábia Saudita. EUA e Europa estão correndo atrás do prejuízo competitivo que tiveram tanto no plano militar quanto econômico, inclusive sob forte ameaça de desaparecimento do sistema petrodólar como sangue do sistema capitalista global. Essa guerra da Ucrânia é uma tentativa quase desesperada (dizem os russos!) de tentarem preservar o sistema do petrodólar. É óbvio que a a Rússia, como país mais vitimado por guerras (Gengis Cã e Hitler dispensam comentários), jamais aceitaria que qualquer outro possa dar um tiro em Moscou em período de tempo inferior ao de sua resposta e, a invasão da Ucrânia, era coisa certa (foi ingenuidade americana pensar o contrário, mas Kissinger sempre deixou isso muito claro, não entendeu quem não quis ouvir!). Sem contar com o interesse russo em ter total acesso a todos os portos e estaleiros dos mares de Azov e Negro (até em tempos antigos era deles!). Também é ingenuidade americana pensar que não usarão toda a força necessária para conquistar o que agora está muito claro e que venho explicando há muito nesse blogue. E recentemente, Lavrov alertou para uma possível guerra nuclear. Não deixa de ser um aviso mesmo. Não vejo mais ativistas em prol da vida e da paz mundial, nem as misses estão a falar mais nisso. Mittag-Leffler and Sweden's Neutrality

In "Law of the lever and the equilibrium of magic hypercubes" <https://impa.br/sobre/memoria/reunioes-cientificas/international-conference-in-number-theory-and-physics/> (06/2015) , we have established an important connection between the law of the lever and magic squares. From this we produced http://mittag-leffler.se/sites/default/files/BOA_Poster_Session.pdf (see also https://pyaugohy.blogspot.com/search?q=ramanujan) which was rejected by an event of control theory in Russia. We sent it to the Centenary of the Mittag-Leffler Institute (a more sophisticated but more eclectic event) and there it was initially rejected, too. We asked for reconsideration to the President of the Institute who accepted it in the form of our interest. The proposal was an extended summary and what we presented was the complete work itself. But we reinforced the request by saying that our work was, to some extent, a continuation of Ramanujan's (unrealized) visit to the Mittag-Leffler Institute (he died shortly before leaving). When we arrived in Stockholm we had the great satisfaction of meeting one of the heads of the Moscow event. What I didn't know was that the Russians had, so to speak, a free pass there. In fact, I didn't even know that the Russian culture of the inhabitants of St. Petersburg was identical to that of the inhabitants of Stockholm. We had lunch in a Mongolian restaurant, visited the royal stables visited by the Shah of Persia in the 18th century, talked in the street with members of the Kurdish community, visited a common space for Arabs and Jews. Anyway, what I saw was a respected and welcoming place for both those who came from the East and the West. I also got the impression that such a neutral place is essential for establishing historical truth. The natural generalization of the Pythagorean Theorem that we made came from studies on magic squares, and these are fundamental milestones in the history of mathematics. Their classification is the oldest open problem and has been studied by the greatest mathematicians and great thinkers of all times (some: Lo Shu, Theon of Smirna, Nagarjuna, Narayana Pandita, Al-Kharaqi, Al-Asfizari, Ibn al Haytam , Euler, Lagrange, Ahmad al-Buni, Buzjani, Varahamihira, al-Ghazālī, Luca Pacioli, Paracelsus, Cardano, Agrippa, Albrecht Durer, Athanasius Kircher, Michael Stiffel, Pierre Fermat, Poignard, Huang – Lin, Rallier des Ourmes, Claude Bachet, Blaise Pascal, Arnauld, de La Hire – Violle, Pan Linsen, de la Loubère, d'Ons-en-Bray, Rallier des Ourmes, Drach, Benjamin Franklin, John Horton Conway, Donald Knuth, Gardner, Antoni Gaudí, Birkhoff, von Neumann, Édouard Lucas, Lee Sallows, Rouse Ball, Manuel Moschopoulos, De la Hire, William Walkington, Peter Maxwell Davies, Goethe, George Styan, Lewis Carroll, Peter Loly and Holger Danielsson). We have now learned that Sweden is studying the possibility of joining NATO, https://www.politico.eu/article/sweden-nato-debate-decisive-phase/. The first questions they should ask are:

            1) Has neutrality been good for Sweden?

            2) Has neutrality been good for the world?

I believe they will not be seduced by the West or frightened by Russia. They will make a firm and prudent decision, as it should be, for the glory of their historic mission, which until now has been very well carried out.

O enviamos para o Centenário do Instituto Mittag-Leffler (evento mais sofisticado, porém mais eclético) e lá foi inicialmente rejeitado, também. De fato, eu nem sabia que a cultura russa dos habitantes de São Petersburgo era idêntica à dos habitantes de Estocolmo. Almoçamos em restaurante mongol, visitamos na estrebaria real a visita feita pelo Xá da Pérsia no século XVIII, conversamos na rua com membros da comunidade curda, visitamos espaço comum de árabes e judeus. Enfim, o que eu vi foi um lugar respeitado e acolhedor tanto dos que vinham do Leste como do Oeste. Também fiquei com a impressão de que um lugar neutro assim é essencial para o estabelecimento da verdade histórica. A generalização natural do Teorema de Pitágoras que fizemos veio dos estudos sobre os quadrados mágicos e, estes, são marcos fundamentais na história da matemática.             1) a neutralidade tem sido boa para a Suécia? 

            2) a neutralidade tem sido boa para o Mundo? 

Eu acredito que não se deixarão seduzir pelo Ocidente ou se amedrontar pela Rússia. Tomarão uma decisão firme e prudente, como deve ser, para glória de sua missão histórica, até agora muito bem desempenhada.

Este cidadão brasileiro da Cidade Real (Petrópolis  - RJ) foi do inferno ao céu em um dia, em parte devido a um Presidente de atitudes, o qual mata a bola no peito e desce para o terreno, quando necessário, dando fortes indícios de que é livre e não tem rabo preso. Aliás, parece que nem rabo este Presidente tem mais, tamanha é a sua coragem. Os intestinos completos, o Brasil todo já sabe que ele já não os possui.

Rússia venceu a Batalha de Mariupol
