O Brasil não Deve se Aniquilar por Causa das Disputas entre Democratas, Republicanos e Chineses
Todo esse acirramento veio à tona
na pandemia quando, no Brasil (e também nos EUA), direitos fundamentais foram
perturbados. Não foi o STF quem inventou a pandemia, e nem tinha controle sobre
ela. Fez o que julgou mais certo e seguiu a OMS naquele momento de grande
dúvida. Os EUA, a China e a OMS jamais explicaram plenamente essa pandemia, a
qual continua parcialmente misteriosa em suas causas. Tendo como estopim essa
situação, no Brasil, os poderes Executivo e Judiciário iniciaram uma queda de
braço que se arrasta até agora. As causas de todas essas pendengas, portanto,
não estão no Brasil, todos os poderes e o próprio povo brasileiro, foram vítimas.
A análise jusfilosófica (Fux a citou, “em passant”, quando pediu vista!), mais
profunda no plano da Humanidade, nos diz que a causalidade dos problemas não
está entre nós brasileiros. A solução imediata para os problemas é a anistia total
para todas as pessoas envolvidas, físicas e jurídicas. É melhor uma anistia
atualizada, como a de 1825 que nos pariu, do que uma atrasada, como a de 1979, da
qual temos muitas sequelas.

Brazil Should Not Be Annihilated by Disputes Between Democrats, Republicans, and Chinese
All this tension came to light during the pandemic, when fundamental rights were violated in Brazil (and also in the US). Brazil's Supreme Court did not invent the pandemic, nor did it have control over it. It did what it thought was right and followed the World Health Organization (WHO) at that time of great doubt. The US, China, and the WHO have never fully explained this pandemic, whose causes remain partially mysterious. With this situation as the trigger, the Executive and Judiciary branches in Brazil began a tug-of-war that has dragged on to this day. The causes of all these disputes, therefore, do not lie in Brazil; all branches of government and the Brazilian people themselves have suffered. The legal-philosophical analysis (Fux mentioned it, “in passing,” when he asked for an examination!), which goes deeper into the realm of Humanity, tells us that the causality of the problems does not lie among us Brazilians. The immediate solution to the problems is a total amnesty for all those involved, both individuals and legal entities. It is better to have an updated amnesty, like the one from 1825 that gave birth to us, than a delayed one, like the one from 1979, from which we have many negative consequences.
